Sydney's Unique Venues Association (SUVA) is today one of Australia's most prestigious collection of venues. SUVA is a collaboration of over 60 unique venues in and around Sydney that specialise in making unique locations available for any event - conferences, meetings, corporate hospitality, cocktail parties, gala dinners, wedding receptions and film and photography.

Each venue have their own charm and offer something truly unique, from spectacular harbour views to venues with educational and historical value or beautiful gardens and outdoor facilities. The Concourse

Whitehouse Institute of Design Australia

Located in the heart of the Surry Hills Design Precinct, Whitehouse Institute of Design, Australia offers several unique venue hire options.

Redeveloped in 2008, HPM?s electrical parts manufacturing factory became a purpose-built design education facility, boasting expansive spaces with polished concrete floors throughout. The space offers an industrial feel and is complemented by large windows filling each room with natural light.

The expansive foyer and grand staircase is a unique venue space that lends itself to a variety of functions, from exhibition space to cocktail hour.

With views stretching from Sydney Harbour to Port Botany, the Exhibition Hall and Executive Level at Whitehouse can accommodate intimate groups in a Boardroom setting, standing cocktails in a more open-air space or full utilisation of the full exhibition space . Complete with commercial kitchen facilities, catering is a breeze.

Chowder Bay Conference Centre

The Chowder Bay Centre for Leadership is a unique harbour front conference venue, perfectly located on the shores of Sydney Harbour. The site is  a former Aboriginal and Military heritage site which has been restored by the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust.
