Challis Studios is a boutique commercial office space. Built in 1893 this grand heritage listed Victorian Italianate Mansion located in the heart of cosmopolitan Potts Point features voluminous white space, soaring ceilings and a light-filled sunroom.

As you enter Challis Studios foyer with its original stained glass windows & intricate floor tiles you, immediately get the impression of old world charm and grandeur. Other more sublime details will delight and surprise throughout.

The main room 11x6 meters comprises stunning features such as decorative pillars, classic wide skirting boards and clean white walls soaring to a 4.2 meter high ornate ceiling. A 8x4 meter mirror completes this glamorous room. Off the main room is a beautiful north-facing sun-drenched 5x6 meter Sunroom.
